Bojan established Desert Build with a clear mandate: deliver premium construction outcomes with institutional discipline in Dubai's most demanding residential and commercial segments. A serial entrepreneur with deep roots in construction and property development, Bojan brings hands-on project management experience and an uncompromising eye for quality. His principle: if a detail isn't right, it gets done again.

Sergio Pereira
Sergio leads commercial strategy across Desert Build — from client engagement and contract negotiation to scope, pricing, and developer relationships. With over 15 years across construction, interiors, and property delivery — and a second-generation family background of 35+ years in renovation — Sergio brings hands-on build experience combined with deep relationships across Dubai's investor and HNW community. He is the principal commercial point of contact for clients before and during the build.

Junaid Kader
Junaid leads business strategy and operations across Desert Group, sitting on the board as a director — shaping platform-level direction across construction (Desert Build), real estate (Haysal Properties), and investment advisory (Golden Desert). With 20 years of executive experience — including 15 years building AfriServ into a national facilities management operator, and 12 years as CEO of Nadeson Opportunities, holding board seats across fifteen group companies — Junaid combines hands-on business-building experience with deep investor, board, and family-office relationships across the UAE and African corridors. He also serves as a director of Anyname Properties, Zevocept, Jutney Investments, and Nadeson Stud Park, and is the principal strategic, operating, and capital partner across Desert Group's integrated platform.
